PROJECT MANAGER - ENGINEERING
The Job Descriptions :
- Under broad direction, this position is responsible for all phases of all planning and execution on a medium sized (typically less than $.100 million total installed cost) project or may be responsible for a segment of a larger project.
- Plan, organize, and controls projects in accordance with the established policies and procedures, systems and requirements approved by the company.
- Has responsibility for day to day contact and communication with the client and focuses on providing client satisfaction.
- Supervises personnel assigned to the project through the subordinate leaders.
- May also serve as the proposal manager of medium-sized projects.
- Job roles has budgetary type of accountability.
General Requirements :
- Possess undergraduate degree in Engineering from reputable university
- An average of 15-20 years of experience in which 10 years are in the related project engineering functions.
- Possesses knowledge and network on the respective industry
- Strong negotiation skill, analytical, proactive, self-motivated and problem solver
- Good leadership, proactive, self motivated and problem solver
- Hard worker and able to work in under pressure conditions, able to work independently, and respect time schedule defined
- Willing to travel to the project sites as necessary.
