The incumbent will be responsible to deliver floor supervision to ensure quality practices are in place and work on waste reduction project to meet QCDS target, both in-house and outsource; establish and maintain good relationship with customer in product development, complaint resolution, preventive - corrective action plans and training; support Business and Sourcing in development of new product or process [local converted], including verification of product sample, assessment and selection of supplier / contract manufacturing and periodical product inspection; establish the quality report, analysis and feedback to Mfg & business, including quality result, performance, problems, customer’s complaint and improvement recommendation and assist QE-MR to maintain & implement ISO Quality Manual, quality standards, inspections procedures, Internal & External Audit, reports and controlled-documents.

We are looking for the talents with the minimum following requirements :
  • Engineer degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Eng. Physics / Industrial
  • 2 years working experience in Quality / Vendor Management
  • Working Experience in ISO 9001, 14001, 18001
  • Ability to travel and work at Customer / Supplier site
  • Good communication, analytical and presentation skill
  • High initiative and work under supervision


The incumbent will be responsible to evaluate new product/ process and develop process standards [SoP] and Bill of Material [BoM] for local product / process, both inhouse and outsource/ contract manufacturing; support Business & Sourcing in searching, assessing and evaluating material/ supplies/ vendor/ supplier/ outsource and contract manufacturing; initiate and drive improvement in manufacturing 4M [man, method, machine, material], to meet QCDS target, which include the implementation of 5S, Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma and establish and review existing process standard/ Working Instruction for compatibility and conformance to ensure that process is in control.

We are looking for the talents with the minimum following requirements :
  • Engineer degree in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Eng Physics/ Industrial.
  • 2 years Minimum experience in production/ process/ quality/ vendor management.
  • Have ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 experience
  • Good Communication & presentation skill.
  • Have good initiative and work under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel and work at customer / supplier site.

3. Marketing for Occupational Health and Environmental Safety Products (MKT - OH and ES)

The incumbent will be responsible to conduct timely market research and competitive analysis, develop and implement marketing program to build brand awareness, drive business growth and market share increment, conduct marketing communication activities, handle inventory management, pricing strategy, product positioning and product portfolio. Providing general supports to sales team and distributors is also becoming one of your responsibilities.

We are looking for the talents with the minimum following requirements :
  • Bachelor in Chemical Engineering or Physics Instrumentation with four years marketing experience. A master degree is an advantage.
  • Dynamic, self motivated and results oriented
  • High performance leader with strong communication skills
  • Ability to use and interpret financial data
  • Good knowledge of relevant business management tools, technical knowledge of Occupational Health and Environmental Safety
  • Strong analytical, good interpersonal  and creative skills
  • Good usage  of English and computer skills

4. Account Leader for Office Products (AL-OP)

The incumbent will be responsible to conduct sales penetration in Commercial Market, to execute sales pipeline and close tracking, to launch Marketing and Sales program, to build and maintain good relationship with Channel Partners and to create Sales Promotion Program. He/ she also has to work with distributors or setting up a new distribution channel to maximize sales coverage and to provide better customer services.

We are looking for the talents with the minimum following requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in any background with minimum of 4 years selling experience in the relevant market;
  • Having strong understanding of the Office supplies sales channels such as: General Trade or Modern Market;
  • Result oriented person, aggressive and able to accomplish the work under limited supervision;
  • Good command of English for both verbal and written;
  • Computer Literate.
