ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT (EL-SI)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Establish the installation of infrastructure support based on international standards and ensure that all formulated policies and procedures are strictly adhered.
- Develop and maintain the prescribed standards for road, bridge, jetty, TPA and TPN area, and other related facilities.
- Control and record statistical information (personnel, cost, equipment availability, etc.) as per company’s policies and procedures to ensure maximum utilization of resources.
- Prepare for infrastructure annual budget.
- Supervise and discipline all subordinates.
REQUIREMENTS :
- 6-7 years relevant experience.
- Able to develop plans, designs, specifications, cost estimates, and engineering standards for electrical system.
- Good knowledge and skills of electrical systems design.
- Good understanding of electrical maintenance in wood chipping facility.
- Good knowledge of store function, parts inventory, and mechanical maintenance.
- Good understanding of chip mill construction and operation.
- Proficient in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Energetic.
- High orientation on cost-effectiveness, quality, time-frame, and safety.
- Willing to travel and relocate to remote area in Kalimantan Timur.
