INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER (IF-MG)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Establish the installation of infrastructure support based on international standards and ensure that all formulated policies and procedures are strictly adhered.
- Develop and maintain the prescribed standards for road, bridge, jetty, TPA and TPN area, and other related facilities.
- Control and record statistical information (personnel, cost, equipment availability, etc.) as per company’s policies and procedures to ensure maximum utilization of resources.
- Prepare for infrastructure annual budget.
- Supervise and discipline all subordinates.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor, preferable in civil engineering.
- 8-10 years progressive experience in similar (civil infrastructure) background with 3-5 years experience in the managerial level.
- Proven technical skills and knowledge of civil and road works to support forestry operation.
- Good understanding of budget controlling and costing.
- Thorough understanding of corporate policies and procedures.
- Good understanding of forestry operation.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Energetic.
- High orientation on cost-effectiveness, quality, time-frame, and safety.
- Willing to travel and relocate to remote area in Kalimantan Timur.
