Key Responsibilities :
Main Accountabilities
- Overseeing Electrical work including the preparation of tender documentation and negotiation with sub-contractors and Clients
- Assist the bidding team in an Electrical capacity and provide guidance to the team
- Preparing and using detailed budgets and cost plans
- Preparing and interpreting turnover / cash flow projections and profit / loss forecasts
- Undertaking the valuing of variations and potential variations
- Preparation and presentation of financial control/WIP documentation
- The preparation and agreement of final accounts
- Manage the procurement of Sub-contractor packages for enquiry to order, then management through to final account agreement.
- Management and control of electrical aspects of projects within the company organisation
- Deal with significant contractual issues including extensions of time, loss and or expense claims, terms and conditions etc
- Attend, hold and chair meetings with, clients, subcontractors and internal meeting.

Requirements :
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 8 years' relevant experience
- Well-versed in identifying variation orders, submitting accurate cost implications, spreadsheets and formation of sub-contract documents and conditions
- MUST have Pre Contract/Bidding experience and Contractor/Sub Contractor experience
- Demonstrate good negotiation skills
- High degree of initiative and independence with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
