1. ASST. MANAGER PRODUCTION and UNIT (AMPU) - SURABAYA and BEKASI
JOB DESCRIPTION :
You will be managing one of the production plants in the factory complex with three shifts and seven days a week operation, to meet targeted quality and quantity, on time delivery and at the desired cost.
QUALIFICATION :
- Male, max 35 years
- S1 Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Hands on in production and process engineering
- At least 3 years experience in the field of production, preferably in ceramics tile industry
REQUIREMENT :
You should be analytical, independent and able to take initiative. Posses a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill, ability to work multitask in a team environment. Computer literacy. Proficient in Indonesia and English languages both spoken and written, preferably Mandarin spoken.
All position will be based in Surabaya
and Bekasi
2. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - BEKASI
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Responsible to coordinate all resources to achieve the production goal in shift including execute decision for related problems.
QUALIFICATION :
- S1 Degree in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experiences in Manufacturing industry, preferably ceramics tile industry in related position with supervisory function
- You should be analytical, independent and able to take initiative
- Posses a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to work multitask in a team environment
- Computer literacy
- Proficient in Indonesia and English languages both spoken and written, preferably Mandarin spoken
- Location : Bekasi - Jawa Barat
3. TECHNICIAN ELECTRO and MECHANICAL (TE and TM)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Responsible for repair and maintenance production mechinery and equipement.
QUALIFICATION :
- Minimum S–1/ D-III in Electronical or Mechanical
- At leats 1 year experiences as technician Maintenance
- Willing to work in a team work
- Should be analytical, independent and able to take initiative
- Possess a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to work under pressure
- Highly result-oriented
- Proficient in Indonesia and English languages both spoken and written, preferable Mandarin spoken
- To be stationed in Bekasi-Cikarang
