HR Generalist - Palembang
Responsibilities :
- Manage & Administer HR function activities : Medical Reimbursement, Salary Slip distribution to Southern Region Area, monitor policy compliance, liase with local Labour Office (Disnaker)
- Manage & Administer GA function activities : Manage Car Pool and Driver, Cleaning Service, office facility, office supplies, liase with government institution (permit/licence)
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- 4 years experiences as HR and General Affair
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office application is a must
- Fluent communication in English (spoken & writen)
