1. SUPPORT EXECUTIVE – SALES AND DISTRIBUTION ( Medan / Semarang ) (Code: SUP EXE S&D MDN / SEM)

Responsibility :
The jobholder is responsible to be the first point of contact for walk in customer and provide service assistance in adherence with HSBC policy and procedure.

Requirements :
  • Hold minimum Bachelor or Master’s degree from a reputable university
  • Has minimum 1 year relevant experience will be advantage
  • Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required. Conversant in Mandarin language would be an advantage
  • Must have commercial acumen and personal credibility
  • Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
  • Has a strong drive to succeed
  • Demonstrate high degree of integrity


2. RELATIONSHIP OFFICER PVA – SALES AND DISTRIBUTION ( Medan ) (Code: WM PVA S&D MDN)

Responsibility :
The job holder is responsible to establish and grow consumer banking business by cross- sell banking products offered, such as investment, insurance and structured products to the existing high-end customers.

Requirements :
  • Has a minimum of 1 year working experience in sales and/or service activities in the area of Financial Institution or Banking Industry.
  • Has a strong passion in selling activities, excellent interpersonal skills with service culture and able to work with a team.
  • Has proficient in English and an advantage if conversant in Mandarin
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of credibility and integrity.


3. BRANCH MANAGER AMANAH – SALES AND DISTRIBUTION ( Medan / Semarang ) (Code: BM AMH S&D MDN / SEM)

Responsibility :
The job holder is responsible to direct, manage, and control all aspects of sales, operations and services in Amanah Branch.

Requirements :
  • Has at least 5 years working experience in Banking, specifically in managing sales, services, and operation in the area of Consumer Banking.
  • Possesses a strong Syariah Banking knowledge.
  • Possesses very strong sales management and leadership skills.
  • Possesses excellent customer service skills.
  • Has a good knowledge of General Banking operations, systems, and control.
  • Is conversant of all relevant Compliance boundaries of the role.
  • Good interpersonal skills to ensure harmonious working relationship with different functions within the Bank.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity.
