Area : Cleaning Development
Code – WD001/2010
Position : Senior Engineer to Principal Engineer (4 positions)
Broad function : Developing processes in the Cleaning Development Group of the WDB SF/HGA Development Organizatio.

Technical Areas:
  • Contamination Control
  • Precision Cleaning Technology
  • Surface Chemistry
  • Semiconductor Fabrication
  • Statistical Experimental Design
Experience :
  • Strong background in : SF block lap cleaning processes and equipment, Clean room cleaning processes and equipment, Semiconductor or MEMS fabrication and cleaning methods, Data Storage, IC, Solar, Photonics or Optics cleaning.
  • Direct experience in any of the following industries: Hard Disk Drives, Magnetic Heads or Media, IC Fabrication.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in a factory integration environment
Education :
  • Bachelors, Masters, or PhD (Minimum 8 years with BS, 5 years with MS and 3 years with PhD)
  • Technical degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields
Communication Skills :
  • Fluent in technical communication and presentation
  • Able to lead and participate in group meeting with interdisciplinary teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Other Requirements :
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver successful process development projects
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet program objectives
