Sales Engineer for Electrical Market Division BALIKPAPAN BASED (SLS – EMD BPN)
The incumbent will be responsible for Promoting/Selling a wide range of 3M Electrical products through a Consultative Selling approach to Energy Market and other relevant markets. Its main duties will be conducting product presentations, developing product specifications, application development and training, assisting in the development of business plans, managing distribution channels and working closely with distributors.
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years selling experience in Electronic OEM and Electrical Engineering.
- Possess strong analytical, technical, problem solving, presentation and communication skill.
- Excellent networking with PLN project and Distributor type of Business.
- Good Technical capabilities for Medium Voltage range Jointing and Terminating product portfolio (system level).
- Good command of both spoken and written in English is a must.
- For each location, its local resident is the most preferable. Non local resident will be treated as local hired.
